Missouri took a hit last night from several tornados (EF0-EF3) that struck the southeast region. Initial reports are at least 10 fatalities and over 128,000 without power. Not only were we affected by wind but also numerous house fires (over 50 in the St. Louis metro alone). We are supporting initial tornado relief efforts by delivering tarps, tubs, and water. In addition, initial assessment teams are on the ground to determine next steps for sites. Chainsaw teams will quickly follow. Our first confirmed site is at FBC Rolla.

Please pray for the survivors, especially those that lost loved ones. Pray for first responders as many were fighting fires before they dealt with high winds and tornados. And pray for the volunteers that they will be lights in the darkness as they bring help, hope, and healing.
