Five Dead From Tornado at Glen Allen in Bollinger County. MODR Teams Responding.

Glen Allen — An EF 2 tornado on the evening of April 4 killed five people and injured several others.  Damage reports indicate 87 homes were damaged and 12 destroyed.  The Southeast Missourian newspaper reports there are just a little over 100 homes in the town.  A link to newspaper photos of the damage can be found here: https://www.semissourian.com/gallery/41724

Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief (MODR) teams set up operations at First Baptist Church, Marble Hill on April 6th.  MODR is expecting to do the following types of ministries:

Mass Feeding

Shower and Laundry

Chain Saw Recovery 
Chaplaincy

Distribution of boxes for personal items and tarps
