Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief Serving Flood Survivors in Indiana

Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers are serving in and around Hamilton County, Indiana, bringing help, hope, and healing to families impacted by recent flooding. As homeowners begin the long process of cleanup and recovery, MODR teams are responding with practical assistance and compassionate care through chainsaw recovery, flood recovery, mass care and feeding, damage assessment, chaplain ministry, shower and laundry support, and incident management.

So far, Missouri Baptist volunteers have given 171 volunteer days and 1,360 volunteer hours, assisting 16 homeowners as they take the next steps toward recovery. Each act of service is more than a task completed—it is a reminder to those who are hurting that they are not alone and that the love of Christ is present in the middle of crisis.

Please join us in praying for the families in and around Hamilton County who are recovering from flood damage, as well as for the local leaders, partner organizations, and Missouri Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers serving on the ground.
