UPDATE: 9-1-23 The needs in Florida and Georgia in response to Hurricane Idalia are being met by local and regional resources. There may be a requests for additional assistance in the months ahead, but the immediate needs are covered.

We are grateful for the MODR volunteers being ready and staged to respond even on the week Leading up to Labor Day! Please continue to pray for those affected and those that are serving.

MODR volunteers were busy the last few days in preparation for a potential response to Hurricane Idalia. Please continue to pray for those who were in the path of this storm as it made landfall this morning.

The MODR readiness center was a flurry of activity as we stocked and loaded trailers to prepare to hit the road this morning to stage in Tennessee. MODR has mobilized the Spirit Kitchen and support trailer, Cargo trailer with supplies, tanker, shower unit and recovery unit.

MODR volunteers are on standby for callout information, and we will update with further information as we are able.
