MODR volunteers are serving in Guam to assist those affected by Typhoon Mawar. The May 24, 2023 Category 4 storm caused significant damage to infrastructure and a local hospital.
Hawaii/Pacific Baptist Convention Disaster Relief arrived soon after the storm to assess and provide assistance. They have organized several state convention disaster relief teams to help with rebuild.
MODR team members will assist in repairing several homes and touching many lives. We have had one team serving since the last of August and another scheduled for the first of September. Please pray for the people of Guam in their recovery and for the MODR teams as they show the love of God in word and deed.
